Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Administrator to join our team at Dalziel. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing tasks in a timely manner and working on your own initiative.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process daily banking transactions, including BACS, cheques, and cash.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of customer receipts in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the credit controller to resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process purchase invoices and manage supplier relationships.
  • Perform general administrative duties and support the wider office team as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience working in a finance team, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Previous experience with sales ledger and purchase ledger management is preferred but not essential.
  • Cash handling experience is essential, and strong numerical and analytical skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
