Starting Your Journey:

As an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will uphold exceptional brand standards and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will guide the team in the absence of the Manager. We seek an innovative and passionate individual who is customer-oriented, enjoys leading a team, and fosters a lively Food and Beverage atmosphere.

You will be approachable and dedicated to going the extra mile for our guests, ensuring consistent high-quality service while leading by example.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and directing staff to ensure excellent customer service in the restaurant and bar areas.
  • Maximizing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting the Manager in overseeing bar and restaurant operations.
  • Responding to audits to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the team in achieving monthly service indicators.
  • Assisting the Manager in managing food and beverage service feedback.
  • Engaging in sales familiarization trips and customer tastings to enhance personalized experiences.
  • Helping control the food and beverage budget, including occupancy and staffing.
  • Ensuring adherence to administration, cash control, stock management, and security protocols.

As an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, attention to detail is crucial for maintaining consistent standards. This role is vital to the hotel's operations and the service provided to our guests throughout their stay. You will enjoy engaging with guests, addressing inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a positive demeanor for both guests and team members. On your first day, you will embark on a structured 12-week training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel as an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager. We are looking for candidates who:

  • Deliver excellent standards
  • Demonstrate initiative
  • Are self-aware and capable of evaluating their own performance
  • Exhibit a customer service mindset
  • Possess strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Have management training in the Hospitality and Catering sector
  • Bring supervisory experience
  • Have experience in a hotel environment (preferred)
  • Possess knowledge of Micros and Quadranet software systems (advantageous)
