Job Summary:

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support the HR department with various administrative tasks and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct DBS and right-to-work checks, verifying candidate information.
  • Lead and support staff recruitment processes, including managing applications, shortlisting, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
  • Prepare offers, contracts of employment, and collect necessary documentation (e.g., references).
  • Conduct new starter inductions, covering Health & Safety and HR documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to display empathy and sensitivity in dealing with personnel matters.
  • Previous experience in an HR Admin or Recruitment role, with knowledge of HR software and systems.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or above (desirable but not essential).
