p>Join Social Care and Education Jobs in Cambridge for a permanent opportunity as a Residential Team Leader in a specialist Children's Home.\/p>h2>Key Responsibilities\/h2>ul>li>Lead a team of carers in a Children's Home providing support for young people with physical disabilities and communication difficulties as a result of Autism, physical disabilities or degenerative conditions.\/li>li>Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained, promoting the well-being and independence of the young people in your care.\/li>li>Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans, promoting positive outcomes for the young people.\/li>li>Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.\/li>\/ul>h2>Requirements\/h2>ul>li>Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.\/li>li>Shift / Team Leading experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.\/li>li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, colleagues and external agencies.\/li>li>A commitment to providing high-quality care and support, with a focus on promoting the well-being and independence of the young people in your care.\/li>\/ul>h2>What We Offer\/h2>ul>li>A competitive salary and benefits package, including life assurance and pension.\/li>li>Opportunities for professional development and training, to support your career progression.\/li>li>A supportive and collaborative team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support.\/li>\/ul>
