About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Orchard House Residential Care Home. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to Care Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Experience in care, preferably in a residential setting
  • NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly and as part of a team
