As a Renewable Energy Technician at Stern Energy, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems. This will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance activities on module mounting systems, fence and gates, inverter and transformer stations (excluding equipment)
  • Executing corrective measures as a first response to help identify issues on the PV systems
  • Engaging and managing subcontractors
  • Supporting with the installation of PV modules, wiring and inverters

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Electrical experience, 2yrs preferred
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems
  • Experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems for industrial sites
  • Good knowledge of MS office tools
  • Valid driving license
  • CSCS card holder
  • NVQ level 1 or 2 preferred but not essential
