Customer Experience Director

At Harnham, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing customer experience projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer experience strategies that align with our business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys across all brands and markets
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform CX initiatives and measure their impact
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement end-to-end CX strategies
- Manage customer journey roadmaps and ensure they are aligned with business goals
- Proven experience in the Financial services space, with a focus on Insurance
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to drive results-driven initiatives
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 1 day a week in the office
- Competitive salary up to £50,000
- Bonus up to 15%
