Job Title: Employee Relations Case Advisor

At Randstad, we are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Advisor to join our team. As an Employee Relations Case Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of Employee Relations Cases, ensuring that our employees receive a professional and legally safe HR service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Employee Relations Cases, providing HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Establish strong working relationships with managers in assigned directorate teams to support employee relations and management upskilling requirements.
  • Provide first point of contact HR advice and support to designated directorate/teams, ensuring early resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Support the Head of Strategic Employee Relations in developing a restorative approach to employee relations.
  • Work in partnership with the Trust's recognised trade unions and their representatives to resolve staffing issues and other joint working projects.
  • Develop and deliver HR management briefing sessions to ensure consistent messaging and process application across the Trust.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of providing operational employee relations services to staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrable experience of designing and facilitating management training/briefing sessions on HR policies and procedures.
  • Able to review and update HR policies and procedures in line with changes to employment law, Trust values, and/or case law.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of working at a senior HR/ER level within a complex unionised environment.
  • Familiar with electronic HR reporting and recording systems.
