Customer Experience Manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing customer experience projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Take ownership of customer experience projects from start to finish
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align on end-to-end CX strategies
* Develop and manage customer journey roadmaps across all brands and markets
* Analyze data and customer feedback to inform CX decisions
* Utilize data-driven insights to drive business results
**Requirements**
* Experience in the Financial services space, with Insurance being a plus
* Proven ability to drive results through data analysis and customer feedback
* Strong communication and project management skills
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary up to £50,000
* Bonus up to 15%
* Hybrid working arrangement with 1 day a week in the office
