Key Responsibilities- Provide line management support to a team of staff, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver person-centered care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each person.
- Work closely with the manager to ensure that the service is delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Support the manager in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Experience of working in a care management role, preferably in a supported living setting.
- Knowledge of person-centered planning and health and safety.
- Experience of supervising and developing staff teams.
- IT literate and able to use a range of software applications.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Full UK manual driving license and access to a vehicle.
