Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team at Fowler Welch. As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stock control and warehouse administration area.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately input pre-advises of inbound goods in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any pre-advice not received within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with Stock & Admin Controllers to support stock counts, PI, inventory investigations, and other key inventory functions.
- Carry out physical stock checks and investigate any stock anomalies.
- Replenish pick locations and communicate stock amendments to customers.
- Generate pick notes, delivery, and post-picking documentation accurately.
- Maintain relevant KPI reporting documents and perform other administrative duties.
- Check daily incident reports and investigate to resolve issues.
- Understanding of stock control processes and procedures.
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System, ideally Manhattan, and RFWMS.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including goods in, picking, and despatch.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
