Are you an experienced Incident Management or Problem Resolution Manager looking for a rewarding position in a vibrant setting? We are seeking a committed Incident Management Specialist to enhance the stability of our IT infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and resolve issues within Haven's IT systems
  • Proactively detect potential challenges
  • Perform root cause analysis to tackle fundamental issues
  • Maintain a comprehensive problem management database
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for effective problem management

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
  • Familiarity with various operating systems
  • Knowledge of IT security principles
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
