The Technical Support Specialist will deliver localized onsite assistance, focusing on both 1st and 2nd Line Support. This role will serve as the primary contact for all user IT support needs within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all IT Support Incidents and Service Requests from initiation to resolution.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in 2nd Line or 3rd Line IT Support with a focus on onsite assistance.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and core Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
  • Experience with Video Conferencing tools, particularly Zoom.
  • Understanding of Core DNS and IP Address management.
  • Familiarity with Networking technologies including Cisco, HP, and Aruba for LAN/WLAN/WAN.
  • Competence in Desktop Hardware and Peripherals (PCs, Laptops, Monitors).
  • Experience with Network Printing solutions.
  • Knowledge of Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Awareness of Cloud technologies and connectivity solutions.
  • Experience with Citrix environments.
  • Familiarity with Linux systems, particularly SAP on Linux.
  • Understanding of AWS and Centralized Architectures.
  • Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
