Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our innovative team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, including main contractors and developers.
Role Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding pipeline projects, gathering critical site information, and positioning our company as the preferred partner. You will deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients, conduct face-to-face meetings with client contacts at various levels, and perform market research to identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, including main contractors and developers.
- Understand pipeline projects, gather critical site information, and position our company as the preferred partner.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with client contacts at various levels, both site-based and central.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 16 face-to-face client visits per week.
- At least 4 site visits per week.
- A minimum of 20 contact calls per week.

Qualifications:
