Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing comprehensive executive support to the senior leadership team.
- Coordinating project initiatives across multiple departments.
- Managing schedules, appointments, and travel logistics effectively.
- Documenting meeting minutes and action items.
- Assisting with various organizational projects.
- Facilitating internal communications and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Planning and organizing corporate events.
- Handling sensitive documents and serving as the liaison between executives and staff/clients.
- Managing HR-related tasks such as employment contracts, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will possess:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with HR functions is a plus.
