Job Description

**Project Officer Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Parking Management Team and Head of Service in delivering high-quality projects and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct project management support to the Parking Management Team and Head of Service.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of projects to Committees and other meetings.
  • Support the development of a strategy to effectively analyze the current Parking Services contract and select a suitable form of contract for retendering.
  • Monitor and manage associated budgets and back-office software deployed by contractors.
  • Work with contractors, suppliers, and officers to determine customer needs and preferences and implement a service delivery approach that produces efficient and quality services.
  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with partners across the two boroughs.
  • Participate in the delivery of projects and programs of work to improve customer satisfaction and value for money outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
