Automotive Retail Industry Job Opportunity

Julie Rose Recruitment is seeking a skilled Purchasing Office Administrator to work with their client in Crayford. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Engineering industry or a similar field.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Procure raw materials and manage inventory levels.
  2. Collaborate with the machine shop manager to plan future works capacity.
  3. Handle day-to-day general enquiries from the workshop.
  4. Distribute new route cards to relevant departments.
  5. Communicate directly with customers and suppliers.
  6. Manage daily customer purchase orders.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience.
  2. Strong computer skills.
  3. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
