We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Client Services team at Ted Experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of our client's workforce management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement campaign plans to ensure accurate store planning and scheduling
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive executional excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track campaign performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a staffing agency or brand experience agency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- High level of written English and attention to detail
