Senior Client Executive

Our Real Estate team is expanding, and we're seeking a Senior Client Executive to lead the delivery and client service for European accounts.

You'll work closely with major clients, managing their insurance requirements and making recommendations to improve their risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and monitoring team operations
  • Delivering enhanced services and added value to clients
  • Adopting an entrepreneurial approach to drive results from innovative ideas and product development initiatives
  • Coaching associates to achieve their goals and challenging performance through regular meetings
  • Organizing and tracking client allocation, workflow, and credit control reports
  • Ensuring effective communication and accountability within the team
  • Building a network of client and market contacts and mentoring associates

To succeed as a Senior Client Executive, you'll demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in Real Estate insurance broking and managing European Real Estate accounts
  • Excellent communication skills
