As an Ecommerce Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our digital initiatives, ensuring that our promotional activities are executed seamlessly across all digital platforms, including our mobile application. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize campaigns for enhanced conversion rates and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Oversight: Take charge of the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Homepage Management: Oversee and enhance homepage content with a focus on mobile usability.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Buying, Commercial Planning, Design, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
  • Accessibility Compliance: Ensure all digital materials are accessible and optimized for both mobile and desktop users.
  • Performance Insights: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Design Coordination: Manage design briefs to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Campaign Assistance: Support the Digital Trading Team in delivering impactful campaign offers.
  • Banner Management: Brief and upload promotional banners for campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a Campaign Assistant.
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate and report on campaign outcomes, offering data-driven recommendations.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to optimize revenue and conversion rates.
  • Timely Modifications: Implement necessary adjustments to campaigns promptly.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Commercial teams to plan future campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in ecommerce.
