Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute digital campaigns to drive sales and revenue.
- Homepage Optimization: Manage and optimize homepage content with a mobile-first approach to enhance user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Buying, Commercial Planning, Design, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Accessibility: Ensure all digital assets are accessible and optimized for both Mobile and Desktop.
- Performance Feedback: Provide insights and suggestions to enhance campaign performance.
- Design Briefs: Prioritize and manage design briefs to ensure timely and clear communication.
- Campaign Support: Assist the Digital Trading Team in delivering effective campaign offers.
- Banner Management: Brief and upload campaign merchandising banners.
- Team Management: Lead and support a Campaign Assistant.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
- A/B Testing: Conduct tests to maximize revenue and conversion.
- Timely Adjustments: Implement necessary changes to campaigns efficiently.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Marketing & Commercial teams for future campaign plans.
- Competitor Insight: Stay updated on competitor activity to drive improvements.
- Experience: 2+ years in ecommerce.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven with experience in tools like ContentSquare, Bloomreach, GA360, or GA4.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Enthusiasm: Flexible, motivated, and target-driven.
- Creative Briefing: Proven ability to shape online creative for promotions.
- Influence: Strong motivational and influencing skills.
- People Management: Preferable experience in managing teams.
