Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership for the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM rollout, ensuring best practices are set and adhered to.
  • Manage a team of engineers responsible for aligning business processes, test cases, training material, and policies to the Microsoft Framework.
  • Coordinate the support of multiple sites at different stages of deployment within the team.
  • Develop and refine global procedures and align local processes and data to a global footprint.
  • Assist in providing support and reporting project progress to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze engineering data and guide teams in getting their engineering data and files ready for migration.
  • Contribute to workshops, including alignment meetings on data mapping, approaches, and governance.
Requirements
  • Essential experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  • Essential experience in Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM system(s).
  • Preferable higher-level education or relevant experience in an engineering or science discipline.
  • Willingness to travel.
