About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and timeliness using Sage, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively chase deliveries and liaise with customers to provide estimated delivery times, maintaining open communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase order value, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Innovate and improve systems to consistently achieve 100% customer satisfaction and WOW experiences, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Coordinate demo fleet, special orders, and service issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Manage returns, credits, replacements, and customer complaints with efficiency and care, maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills with experience in order processing and problem-solving, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with Sage or similar internal systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell, enhancing customer value and driving business growth.
  • Quick response time and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing customer needs.
  • A team player with a commitment to punctuality, reliability, and protecting brand integrity, upholding our company values.
