We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Event Coordination Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities

As an Event Coordination Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our dynamic events program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent bar and food service
  • Performing cleaning duties to maintain venue standards
  • Assisting with event setup and breakdown
  • Stewarding events to ensure a smooth experience for guests
  • Handling phone inquiries and responding to customer questions
  • Managing reservations and client viewings
  • Delivering first aid when necessary
  • Supporting the operational delivery of events for large groups
  • Covering reception duties as needed

This position requires flexibility, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, with potential late finishes.

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong background in customer service. A friendly yet professional demeanor is essential, and prior experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
