About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the field of facilities services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target and engage with B2B businesses with over 40 employees to sell a range of in-demand facilities services.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, procurement managers, and other senior executives.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business leads and close deals.
  • Work closely with our operational services team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
