About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Charlesworth Kennedy Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the existing customer base and expand into new markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with key end-users in the construction, utilities, and waste management sectors.
  • Establish strong relationships with current distributors to maximize sales opportunities and promote our products.
  • Attend industry exhibitions and tradeshows to raise the company profile and promote our products.
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success and business development in a similar industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunter mentality and a passion for sales growth.
  • Ability to absorb new product information and technical knowledge.
What We Offer
  • A competitive remuneration package, including a basic salary of £55,000 - £70,000, company car, bonus, health, pension, laptop, and mobile phone.
