Job Title: Business Development Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Administrator to join our team at Randstad Delivery. As a Business Development Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development Managers in establishing and retaining business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and provide insights to inform business development strategies.
  • Pro-actively locate new business opportunities and arrange business connections with prospective clients.
  • Assist Business Development Managers in managing the sales life-cycle, from initial enquiry to client pitches and meetings.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, promote our company's products and services, and assist in preparing sales contracts.
  • Keep accurate records of targets, pipeline, sales, and revenue, and update reports as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Heads of Property Management and local teams, and keep up-to-date on work progress.
  • Support Business Development Managers in promoting a culture of growth through efficient administrative support.
  • Foster familiar relationships between clients and the local Property Management team as required or directed by Business Development Managers.
  • Follow up on client leads, record details internally, and supply to the relevant Business Development Manager to follow up.
  • Support Business Development Managers with the production of sales documents and budget creation for new business.

Requirements:

  • Proven administration experience, preferably in a business development or sales department.
  • Excellent time management skills and experience with MS applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive and keen to learn and progress, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
