Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team at ECS Resource Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Work closely with our subject matter experts and project management teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to ensure timely and effective sales performance.
- Collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven sales leadership experience in the technology or services industry.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and ability to leverage data to drive sales performance.
