Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to become a vital part of ION's specialized team. As a Crisis Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in establishing and executing the crisis management framework across the ION Markets division.
The successful candidate will possess a robust background in developing crisis management strategies, performing impact assessments, and overseeing incident response initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Operational Resilience team and contribute to wider resilience projects spearheaded by the Head of Operational Resilience.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee crisis and issue management for ION Markets during significant events.
  • Formulate proactive measures to safeguard the organization from potential risks through vigilant monitoring and scenario analysis.
  • Create comprehensive crisis risk assessments for leadership, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Effectively manage crisis situations, devising actionable plans and conducting post-incident evaluations.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to establish escalation protocols and facilitate crisis management drills.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in incident and crisis management.
  • Proven track record in managing crises within large, multinational corporations.
  • Expertise in utilizing analytical tools for crisis management purposes.
  • History of implementing risk management frameworks and processes.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with legal teams and handling sensitive information.
