Social Work Assistant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our Frimley Park Hospital Social Work Team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing Senior Case Workers and Social Workers, handling a small complex caseload, and providing regular supervision and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage Senior Case Workers and Social Workers.
- Handle a small, complex caseload.
- Assessment of risk.
- Support the duty function and deputise for the Team Manager.
- Assist in strategic planning and service delivery.
- Provide regular supervision and support to team members.
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE).
- Experience in safeguarding, complex case work and resource allocation.
- Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
