Primary Duties:
- Oversee and organize streetworks operations, including the acquisition of necessary permits
- Work closely with Site Managers to develop work schedules for various teams
- Ensure all permit documentation is accurately prepared for client validation
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to prevent any potential penalties or fees
- Aid in addressing any concerns related to completed projects
- In-depth understanding of permit regulations and scheduling
- Knowledge of NRSWA and TMA guidelines
- Competence in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal communication skills
This role is a full-time office position, operating Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
