Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our team at Ventula Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's brand-new business-wide transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director of External Communications to implement project communications and engagement strategies
  • Develop and execute internal and external communications plans to support key strategic objectives
  • Provide support for planning, communication asset creation, and implementation to support key strategic needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with internal and change communications
  • Previous experience leading global or large-scale communications programmes
  • Strong background working within the pharmaceutical, R&D, or life sciences space
  • Excellent stakeholder and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

A 12-month contract paying up to £350 per day, with the opportunity to work with a global pharmaceutical client and contribute to a high-profile transformation programme.
