About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Davies. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a quality-oriented approach, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.
  • Participate in weekly and daily stand-ups to discuss priority tasks and provide updates on work progress.
  • Continuously review and enhance technical support processes and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of.NET Framework, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Windows Server.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and autonomous approach.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
