District Nurse Team Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse with a Specialist Practitioner qualification to work in the Integrated Care Team as a Band 7 District Nurse Team Leader at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Community Nurses and Health Care Support Workers
- Supervise and appraise staff members and students
- Deliver safe care to a caseload of patients allocated to the team
- Assess, manage, plan and deliver care, including being professionally and legally accountable
- Qualification in Specialist Practitioner qualification
- Experience of working within the community setting
- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
