Job Title: Senior Account Growth Manager

Location: Hybrid - London HQ

Salary: £45,000-£60,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

Job Summary:

Everec is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Growth Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing key accounts, ensuring long-term value for the business through strong relationship management. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for building and maintaining relationships, and an understanding of the wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Development:

  • Identify and target key accounts within the wholesale market, leveraging industry trends and competitor analysis to inform strategic plans.
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies, focusing on long-term value creation and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on sales strategies and objectives, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for account management and issue resolution.
  • Understand client needs and market trends to provide tailored solutions and recommendations, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the wholesale market, staying informed about industry developments and competitor activities.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets, leveraging cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize account value.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver seamless client experiences and drive business growth.

Market Insights and Reporting:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing regular insights and analysis to the management team.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the wholesale market, including key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Account Growth Manager or similar role in the wholesale market.
  • Strong understanding of the wholesale industry, with experience in sectors such as Building Materials, Electronics, Renewable Energy and Utilities, Automotive Aftermarket, Consumer Electronics and Technology, Industrial Equipment and Electrical Components.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective account strategies.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Experience in the EV Charging industry is highly advantageous.
