Magnus James is seeking a highly skilled Block Manager to join their team. As a key member of the property management team, you will be responsible for the effective management of a residential block management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring that all aspects of the portfolio are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and residents, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct site visits and deal with all aspects of the portfolio assigned, including repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Solid IT skills and technology savvy are necessary for this role.
  • IRPM qualification is highly desirable.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
