Position Overview:

At Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, we are seeking a seasoned property manager specializing in prime build-to-rent (BTR) properties to oversee our esteemed portfolio in East London. This role is integral to our Lettings Property Management division, based in Wimbledon.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess ARLA Property Mark/NFOPP certification and have substantial experience in BTR property management. A proven track record in managing high-profile client portfolios and fostering strong relationships with both clients and colleagues is essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of prime new build properties or properties belonging to key clients, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and tenants, confidently presenting recommendations and solutions.
  • Oversee ad-hoc private client management.
  • Compile and deliver comprehensive client reports.
  • Conduct regular property visits to assess issues and liaise with contractors, clients, and tenants.
  • Continuously evaluate and manage portfolio performance in alignment with client expectations, KFH's KPIs, and tenancy agreements.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a senior prime BTR property manager with a demonstrated history of success in similar roles. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring the highest standards are met while enhancing our reputation.
