Job Description

Dove & Hawk is seeking a highly skilled Prime Property Portfolio Manager to join our team in a market-leading estate agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a fully managed, prime property portfolio in Prime Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of circa 70 properties, ensuring they are ready for tenants to move in, performing day-to-day maintenance, and meeting safety requirements.
  • Landlord and Tenant Communication: Respond to queries and issues from landlords and tenants, providing proactive communication and compiling relevant reports.
  • Property Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.
  • Contractor Management: Obtain competitive quotations, instruct contractors, book and monitor work, and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Inventory and Safety Checks: Organize inventory, check-in, and check-out appointments, distribute reports, and conduct timely safety checks with remedial works as needed.
  • End of Tenancy Process: Evaluate end of tenancy reports, propose damage to landlords, and manage deposit distribution.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ years' experience as a Property Manager, with a focus on managing prime property portfolios.
  • Skills: Decisive and proactive, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and meeting customer expectations.
