Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lettings Portfolio Manager to join our team at People 4 Property. As a key member of our Residential Lettings department, you will be responsible for managing the lettings of a prime central London portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing and Letting Process
    • Select and instruct valuations from reputable agents
    • Work closely with the Head of Residential Lettings to ensure seamless letting process
    • Ensure all documentation for compliance and successful letting of the portfolio is dealt with efficiently
  • Tenancy Renewals
    • Manage tenancy renewals on your portfolio
    • Draft and prepare tenancy agreements
    • Register tenant deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
    • Assess and approve monthly rent reviews, liaising with the team
    • Instruct inventory check in and check outs
    • Complete termination procedures at end of tenancy, including the return of deposit
  • Customer Service
    • Act as residential representative for your portfolio as part of the Customer Services Team
    • Attend resident association meetings
    • Represent the Estate in a professional manner in all dealings with advisers, contractors, tenants, and the public
Requirements
  • Extensive experience of the residential lettings market and tenancy renewals in Central London
  • Experience with a high net worth portfolio
  • An excellent track record in Lettings Portfolio Management
  • A thorough understanding of current residential lettings legislation
  • Excellent people skills
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess sound numerical and IT skills, including MS packages and experience of property management software
  • Be based within easy commute of our Central London offices
