We are seeking an experienced Property Manager / Block Manager to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of prime London blocks, providing exceptional customer service to clients and residents, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of prime London blocks, including budget setting, insurance provision, and site inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote the properties and attract new clients
- Collaborate with the maintenance and repairs team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and any issues are addressed promptly
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that properties are being managed in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in property management, ideally with a focus on prime London blocks
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices, including budgeting, insurance, and site inspections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and residents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
