Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and coordinate property maintenance activities, including liaising with tenants, contractors, and landlords.
- Update and maintain all computer systems related to property management.
- Assist in the management of larger projects and refurbishment projects.
- Conduct property inspection visits and provide detailed reports to landlords.
- Develop and implement property management blueprints for new properties.
- Ensure compliance with certification requirements.
- Coordinate pre-tenancy maintenance activities for new deals.
- Negotiate and manage tenancy renewals, including producing necessary documentation.
- Handle tenancy terminations, including sending out paperwork and coordinating end-of-tenancy procedures.
- Manage inventory check-outs and deposit returns.
- Address ad-hoc tenancy changes, such as changes of sharer, surrenders, annual rental increases, and contractual changes.
- Experience in residential property management.
- ARLA/NFoPP certification preferred.
- Degree-level education.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Effective relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- FixFlo management dashboard experience advantageous.
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach.
The salary for this role is in the range of £35,000 to £40,000, with private medical insurance and other benefits available after the probation period.
