Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our client's team in Prime Central London. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all leasing and rental activities within their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing and Rental Management: Manage all leasing and rental activities within the portfolio, including negotiating leasing agreements, enforcing key elements of those agreements, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.
- Marketing and Branding: Drive growth of the brand by launching the management of a third-party lettings, and property management business, and participate in key marketing and branding projects for a growing real estate brand.
- Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets and monthly revenue and cost variance analyses, and other periodic reporting.
- Tenant Management: Manage tenant references, KYC, and other critical onboarding processes.
- Analytics and Reporting: Leverage data analytics and interface with various constituents across the organization to optimize pricing strategy across the real estate platform.
- Communication: Serve as the primary manager and point-of-contact for all leasing-related matters, and effectively interact with various stakeholders including tenants, contractors, regulators, and other colleagues within the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a leasing professional in London, preferably leasing multifamily rental properties in Central London either at an agency or for an internal landlord manager platform.
- Skills: Excel proficiency is required to interface with budgeting and accounting, and strong organizational, execution, and time-management skills are essential.
- Qualifications: Strong understanding of Central London residential real estate markets, deep understanding of key aspects of the Central London leasing process, and ability to drive rental growth through unit dressing and design.
- Education: Not specified.
What We Offer: The salary for this position will be in the region of £70-80,000 depending on experience and qualifications, and a significant annual bonus will also be offered.
