Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Administrator to join our team at HMP Dovegate. As a Case Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Offender Management Unit (OMU) in the administration of case management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the OMU team, including generating and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist with the coordination of case management processes, including the preparation of reports and the maintenance of accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and the timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, including the Public Protection Manual and the HDC Policy Framework.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the OMU team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records, with a high level of attention to detail.
