Serco is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our multi-faith team at HMP Dovegate. As a Rastafarian Chaplain, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual guidance and support to inmates and staff within this unique therapeutic facility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver specified religious services to the inmate population.
- Offer individual and group counseling sessions to address spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with other chaplains and prison staff to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
- Facilitate workshops and programs that promote personal growth and well-being.
- Travel to other prisons within the region as required.
