Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Asset Workforce Limited. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and internal teams
  • Manage client onboarding and disengagement processes
  • Assist with company secretarial duties, including company incorporations and HMRC queries
  • Oversee the confirmation statement process and update client databases as required
  • Perform general office duties, including scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Meet and greet clients in a professional manner and offer hospitality
  • Order stationery and other office supplies
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and meeting rooms

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a hands-on and adaptable approach
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
