Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Asset Workforce Limited. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and internal teams
- Manage client onboarding and disengagement processes
- Assist with company secretarial duties, including company incorporations and HMRC queries
- Oversee the confirmation statement process and update client databases as required
- Perform general office duties, including scanning, photocopying, and filing
- Meet and greet clients in a professional manner and offer hospitality
- Order stationery and other office supplies
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and meeting rooms
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a hands-on and adaptable approach
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
