Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Estate Agent to join our team at Connells Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our estate agency sales team and driving business growth in the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of estate agency sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to improve performance and increase market share.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local property market and stay up-to-date with current market trends and conditions.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies to maximize income and profit.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all clients receive a high level of service and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in estate agency sales or listing property.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the property market, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
