The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing factors impacting property value, and preparing detailed valuation reports. They will also create and manage property listings, advise clients on property values and market trends, and assist in marketing, negotiations, and client transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the property industry, a strong work ethic, and previous experience in property, ideally at a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer level. A NAEA qualification is desirable, and a full UK driving license is required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team of true property professionals and to contribute to the success of a dynamic and forward-thinking Estate Agency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research and analyze factors impacting property value
