Are you a well-presented, customer service driven individual looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team in Bradford-on-Avon.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with customers and manage their enquiries
  2. Book viewings and update records in our system
  3. Conduct accompanied viewings and establish client needs
  4. Negotiate and agree buyer offers
  5. Maintain accurate administrative records

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience is advantageous, though trainees will be considered with a strong administrative and customer service background
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Solid IT skills and a valid driving licence

What We Offer:

  1. £30,000 OTE
  2. Company pension scheme
  3. Mileage and parking on site
