Senior Estate Agent Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Estate Agent to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of estate agents, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and improve performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in estate agency
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity
