Senior Estate Agent Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Estate Agent to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of estate agents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and improve performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize income and profit
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in estate agency sales or listing property
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the local property market and ability to stay up-to-date with market trends
